Hello, I have for you some constructive criticism.
You can a lot of techniques, it’s good, but you do most of them like beginer. You should learn basics of martial arts, mainly the work of hip and stance. Learning kicks would benefit, ’cause yours are terrible. Otherwise, nice page! Practise, practise, practise..
Hi, well I suppose I do all the martial arts moves wrong, because that is not what I am teaching here. The idea of this site is to teach some freestyle moves and then the people that learn them can modify it how they want, with no rules or limits. That’s why most of the moves here doesn’t have a “fighting application”, because the main purpose is freestyle and flow, rather than fighting. Even though, I should practice a little more stretching, so I make mix some kick here and there, but the focus here will always be in freestyle.
