This simple trick can be used to start a freestyle from a stationary position or to recover control when you mess up and end up holding the chain. There are two variants here, single and double. The names refer to the number of rotations you get. The single uses two fingers, the double uses only one.

We’re going to do a B2BSAH (Back to Back Spin Aerial Hybrid) and after the aerial has done a single or double rotation we’re going to put a single finger in the path of the chain for a single finger spin. The intercept can be done with either primary or secondary hand but is more predictable with the primary hand. Enjoy! S
