This nunchaku trick is with rolls in your body. It may take some time to learn it, but it’s worth the time.

I’ve followed all the freestyle tricks posted on “Easy”. My query is, what is the advantage of striking the nanchakus to our biceps continuously? Like, does it strengthen our muscles?.
I don’t think the bounces will strength the muscles, because when you do a bounce the nunchaku should not hurt you. I generally use bounces to change from one trick to the next trick, to change the direction, or to add variety to the freestyle routine, but not to strength the muscles, even though I’m not sure if they will strength the muscles or they won’t.
