The spins before the catch is just a down spin circular swing front grip in the near wall (that in simple words is just rotating the nunchaku at the side of your body), and after a few rotations and once you feel comfortable with the swing, you pass the nunchaku to the plane between your arm and your body, with a diagonal pattern, as if you were doing a down spin figure 8, and then you catch with your armpit. good video but not broken down enough, i mean how are you doing all that spinning of the nunchaku before you catch it under your arm pit?
